Balinese Spiritual Ceremony

Today you'll experience a beautiful Balinese blessing ceremony at the natural springs — a truly special way to connect with local traditions. We start by changing into a sarong and sash, the proper attire for temple ceremonies.

Before the ritual begins, you'll learn about Balinese offerings and even get to make your own. The local priest then leads the temple ceremony, followed by the cleansing ritual at the spring's sacred water spouts — feel the refreshing energy as you wash away negativity and welcome positive blessings.

The priest finishes with a final blessing, then it's on to the temple for a short prayer before changing back into dry clothes. A wonderful activity for solo travelers, couples and families alike — kids especially love making the offerings and getting wet.
